A summary service over other people's reporting. We consolidate what publishers have already published, we name every outlet we relied on, and we link to them. We are not the original reporter of anything on this site, and the outlets we cite are not affiliated with us.

That every published claim carries the reporting it came from, and that we tell you how sure we are. Confirmed means the person’s own channel said it, or three or more outlets carried it with at least one we consider reliable. Reported is credible but short of that — one outlet we consider reliable, or two or more that we do not. Unverified is a single outlet we do not vouch for, and is never sent as an alert.

We do not promise the underlying reporting is correct. When it is not, we correct or withdraw our update at its original address rather than deleting it, so the correction reaches everyone who got the claim. Write to hello@bynamely.com.

Keep your account to yourself, do not attempt to extract the registry in bulk, and do not use Bynamely to harass anyone in it. We may suspend an account that does. Summaries on this site are ours; the reporting they cite belongs to the publishers who produced it.

Those summaries are written by AI from the reporting listed under each update, and checked against it before publication — anything the reporting does not support is discarded rather than published. How that works.

A paid plan runs for the period you bought — a month or a year — and renews at the end of it until you cancel. Cancelling takes one click in your settings, stops the next charge, and leaves the plan running until the period you have already paid for runs out. Nothing you follow is deleted when a plan ends.

We do not give refunds. Not for the remainder of a period you cancelled part-way through, not for a renewal you meant to cancel and did not, and not for months you did not use. The free plan is there so you can see exactly what the service does before you pay for it, and cancelling always stops the next charge.

Money taken in error is a different thing and we return it — a double charge, or a charge after you had already cancelled. Write to hello@bynamely.com. Dodo Payments is the seller of record: they take the payment, issue the invoice, and charge whatever tax applies where you are.

No uptime guarantee, and no guarantee that any particular person or story will be covered. The registry is still growing, and a person being in it does not mean every story about them is.
